Many Thanks
I wish to put on record my sincerest praise and thanks to the staff of this company, specifically Paul Sheridan, Workshop Controller, Craig Watson the Manager and not forgetting Emily the Service Advisor.
This morning I took my Astra for its MOT at another independant garage, and was told that it had failed because the middle rear seat belt would not release, but was told "we'll see what we can do with it". This amounted to ripping the rear seat and its covers apart, covering them in filth and then saying "'nah, there's nothing we can do about it mate".
I first went to Tilehill in Broad Lane where I was directed to 'Tile Hill Service & Parts' in Torrington Avenue.
To cut a long story short, I was on my way again within two hours with the rear seat restored as good as new and the belt working properly for less than £40.
Once again many thanks to all concerned, and my only regret is not going there in the first instance.

I just thought I’d drop you a quick email to say thank you very much for your assistance and approachable nature with the purchase of our Captiva.
We had a very bad experience at Ford where the salesman was very rude to me and we walked out and Graham wrote a letter of complaint to his boss.
We met a nice salesman at Peugeot but his colleague who handled the finance was rubbish and seemed to have a vocabulary of one syllable words, and didn;t seem to realise that you have to actually do something to get a sale.
Various others ranged from indifference to irritation as we kept looking round to find the car we felt met our family needs, at times we felt we were inconveniencing people by going in their showrooms.
At Brandish it was different, when frankly the staff could have been forgiven for being off their usual game due to the news about GM, but “no” from the man we spoke to on a Sunday afternoon when there were no prices available to the day we came in and spoke to you, we actually got the impression people wanted to sell a car to us, and in your case not just any car.
Perhaps it was the fact that you too have a family that made you seem to care, but with 4 children and a dog we needed to make sure we picked the right one for all our needs, as well as one that I liked the look of, I didn’t realise it was going to be so difficult when I started or I probably wouldn’t have bothered.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process, thank you for bearing with us while we thought out loud regarding the decision to buy or lease, and thank you for keeping us informed as things progressed after the decision to buy.
Thank you also for the demonstration of the controls when I picked it up without Graham and for mentioning the tax disc refund to me.
Thanks to you I am enjoying my new car and am so glad now that I didn’t give up and stick with my old Zafira, because I’m really loving the new car.
I hope to see you again when I buy my next car.

Brandish Vauxhall & Chevrolet - Motability
This was the first time that we had taken advantage of this scheme and we wanted to make sure that we made the correct decision re vehicles etc. Our decision therefore took some time and several visits.
It was always a close decision between the Vauxhall Astra and the Ford Focus, but what swung it for us was the help, guidance, and customer support provided by your staff, mainly Darren who led us through the process from start to finish and made the operation quick, and totally stress free. But I would also like to thank Scott, who helped us if we visited in Darren's absense.
We are extremely happy with the vehicle but even more thrilled by the customer service provided, which I cannot praise them highly enough for, and is a credit to your company and I would appreciate it if you could pass my thanks on to them.
I hope that this is the first in many years of involvement with your company.

Once again, I feel that I have to contact you to let you know how happy I am with the service I have received at Brandish, Coventry. I took my vehicle in to have the manifold gasket replaced on Monday. I was told it may take three days and it was done in two; this, after a further problem was found and repaired also. Once again, the advice on labour and cost was spot on. Scott was also good enough to do me a great deal because of the work Ive had done.
The only problem for you is that in doing such a good job; I'll be keeping my vehicle for a couple of years. You can be sure however, that I will only be bringing it to Brandish for servicing and repairs(Ive already signed up for the service plan). In addition, when Im finally ready to get my Insignia Tourer, I'll be popping in to see the guys at Brandish.
