The TMS race system by Milltek sport offers a full race cat replacement for the standard cat, this allows greater breathing and more power,  the TMS race system gives 10bhp more than the Remus (as fitted as standard to the Arctic) due to the fact it is a full system not just a catback with downpipe (Remus). If you want the best power from your car you need to run a full TMS race exhaust.

The price includes full fitting of the TMS Race Exhaust system and before and after power runs on our dyno and map modifications to suit the car if required. ECU Remap, TMS Race Exhaust System, Large Front Mount Intercooler, TMS Large Injectors (250 BHP)

Thorney have done countless hours of research on the Z16LER running Stage 2 (230BHP+) and above. We find that after 4900RPM, the injectors hit their maximum throughput. The injectors are simply too small to flow the correct amount of fuel for 250+ BHP. The size and capacity of the Fuel Rail & Pump are irrelevant if the Injectors are unable to flow the necessary Fuel amount. If the Injectors are run at Maximum for a prolonged period of time, the mixture will lean out - which will lead to piston failure.
Now, with the scary bits out the way - we introduce our TMS Stage 3 Power Upgrade. This includes, TMS Race Exhaust, TMS Large Front Mount Intercooler, TMS Larger Injectors, and Stage 3 Remap. The design of the intercooler is optimsed for air flow velocity and volume. Our Intercooler is the largest by volume on the market for the Corsa VXR. We include the TMS Injectors to stop Piston 4 failure, they are actually from a racing Ferrari, so we know their pedigree.
